All products marketed by IOSNA enjoy the warranty period established by the manufacturer. And the manufacturer is in charge of supporting their warranty.
The warranty covers the parts to be replaced, except for those cases in which IOSNA or the manufacturer stipulate other terms.
The warranty will be invalidated under the following circumstances:
• Hits and/or Improper transport.
• Failure to comply with the instructions for use and handling.
• Defective installations and/or installation errors.
• Installation and/or connection of peripheral elements not compatible with the product. IOSNA does not commit to any repair.
1. To carry out repairs, IOSNA or the manufacturer may replace parts or the entire unit as it deems appropriate.
2. If the guarantee is covered by the manufacturer, the customer must contact the manufacturer at the telephone number of its technical service, sending the product to the address indicated by the manufacturer.
3. The classification of the failure is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To do this, the customer must request a repair authorization number (incident key) by fax or email indicating, in as much detail as possible, the problem presented by the product.
4. Once the client has received the incident key number, they must correctly pack the products and send them to the address specified by IOSNA. The costs of this shipment will be borne by the client.
5. IOSNA or the manufacturer will return the product, once it has been repaired: postage paid if it is under warranty or due if the manufacturer deems it appropriate, postage due if it is out of warranty or if it has to be sent to a country other than Spain; or cash on delivery (for verification costs) if even under warranty it did not show any damage.6. Explicitly excluded from the guarantee are products that have been tampered with, hit or have damage caused by incorrect use.
